Terms of Service

Welcome to iQStep. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iQStep platform, including our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our Service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
  • You have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms
  • You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws

2. Service Description

iQStep provides an AI-powered supply chain intelligence platform that includes:

Demand forecasting and planning
Inventory optimization
Vendor collaboration tools
Real-time analytics and insights
Automated replenishment recommendations
Multi-channel allocation

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the platform
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of iQStep and third parties

4. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We accept payments in KES, NGN, ZAR, GHS, and USD
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

5. Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IQSTEP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Data loss or corruption
  • Service interruptions or downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • With 30 days written notice for any reason
  • Immediately for material breach of these Terms

Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
